Attune

Tuning forks · Standing singing bowl

We begin with precision. Tuning forks — including placements directly on the body — work at the cellular level to release tension held in the physical and energetic body. The standing singing bowl opens and expands the field.

SESSION TWO

Clear

13-bowl hand-hammered Himalayan set · 12-chakra healing

The heart of the series. Using a rare set of hand-hammered singing bowls sourced from Nepal, we move through all 12 chakras — clearing energetic blocks, restoring flow, and working the deeper layers the first session revealed. This is where the real work happens.

SESSION THREE

Integrate

Gongs

The gongs don’t negotiate. They move through everything — the field, the nervous system, the places words don't reach. This final session seals the work of the series, integrates the clearing, and leaves you with a felt sense of your own energy that is yours to carry forward.

Asmi Shah

Sound Healer · Pranic Healer · Yoga & Meditation Teacher

I've been on a healing journey since 2009 — long before it was something I talked about publicly. Over 15+ I've studied Pranic Healing, yoga and meditation, and trained in sound healing with instruments collected from across the world, and have led hundreds of sessions for everyone from deep skeptics to seasoned practitioners.

What makes this work unusual is the range for one-on-one healing. Very few practitioners in the New York area work across tuning forks, Himalayan singing bowls, and gongs — most specialize in one. I’ve also specially trained for 1:1 healing versus group sessions. The difference is immense. The progression in The Clearing is intentional: each instrument works at a different frequency and depth, and the three sessions are designed to build on each other in a specific sequence.

I also work full-time in Strategy & Operations at Google. I say that not as a credential but because it matters for how I work with clients. I know what it feels like to be high-functioning and depleted at the same time. I speak both languages, the strategic and the spiritual, and I designed this series for people who live in both worlds too.

My studio is in Jersey City, NJ. Sessions are intimate and in-person.
